Job Description

Responsibilities include providing expertise and guidance in legal and regulatory compliance in regard to Human Resources. Responsible for benefits administration and management of employee master data records. Responsible for organizing and presenting at New Employee Orientation. This role is responsible for managing and directing all HR processes for the organization. Additional administrative and reporting tasks as required.



  • Minimum 2 years experience in a HR leadership role
  • BA/BS Degree in Human Resources, Business or Organizational Development.
  • Certification through a professional Human Resources organization is preferred (PHR/SHRM-CP or SPHR/SHRM-SCP).
  • Knowledgeable in legal compliance and best practice.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent time management, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Experienced with benefit administration
