Director Of Nursing- Jennifer Tyree
Jennifer Tyree was born in South Carolina and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina until she moved to Louisville, KY at the age of 10. At 19 she started her healthcare career as a CNA with a drive to help others. After having 2 children she decided now is the time to pursue her life long dream of becoming a nurse. She attended Spalding University in 2010 where she earned a Bachelor’s in Science, Nursing. She worked at Norton Children’s Hospital as a Surgical Charge Nurse for Five years. In 2015 she decided to go back to school for her Masters in Nursing Administration at Western University. A year later in 2018 she completed her Doctorate in Nursing Practice, Nursing Administration. Jennifer accepted the Quality Risk Manager position in July 2019. Now a year later she is our Director of Nursing.
Director of Ancillary Services- Jill Goodman
Jill Goodman resides in Proctorville, Ohio with her husband Harry Goodman. Jill was born at CCMH; graduated from Northern Kentucky University with a degree in Radiology. She started at CCMH in April 1997. Jill is an outstanding citizen and loves her community. Being a local, she has strong ties within the community, and goes above and beyond to help not only her hospital but her community as well. Jill is a member of the Carroll County Fair board and is the pageant Director.
Director of Physician Clinics- Sheila Tomlinson
Sheila Tomlinson has been with Carroll County Memorial Hospital for 10 years. She holds dual Master Degrees in Business Administration and Conflict Management from Sullivan. Additionally, she has a Bachelor’s in Organizational Management from Midway College. She has served multiple roles during her time with CCMH serving in scheduling, Central Registration, Credentialing, Marketing, and Executive Administration. Most recently she has been the practice manager at the Carroll County Family Practice. As the new Clinical Director she will be responsible for Carroll County Family Practice, Warsaw Family Practice, Bedford Family Practice, Occupational Medicine, Empowered Living, and Provider Credentialing.
Chief Executive Officer- Kim Haverly
Kim Haverly grew up in Nicholasville, KY on a farm. She has two children. Her daughter Dallas is in high school where she is a member of the marching band. Dallas is also an artist. Her son Hayden is 8 and is special needs. As a family they advocate for autism awareness and encourage others to learn about spectrum disorders as this effects 1 in 54 children. Kim joined the organization a year ago as the Chief Financial Officer. She has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Kentucky. She has over 21 years of experience in Finance and 15 years in Healthcare and has taught Accounting and Business-related courses at Ivy Tech for 8 years.
