Every three years, Carroll County Memorial Hospital conducts a Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) to better understand the health needs of our community. This process includes reviewing local health data and gathering input from community members and partners to identify priority health concerns.
The results of the CHNA help guide hospital planning, programs, and outreach efforts, ensuring resources are focused on the areas of greatest need. Completion of this assessment and approval by the Board of Directors also fulfills federal requirements for nonprofit hospitals.
We are pleased to share these assessments as part of our ongoing commitment to improving the health and well-being of the communities we serve.
